JET POLISHING CONCEPT POLISHERS

The machine uses elastic abrasive coated with diamond micro-powder, projected onto the workpiece with compressed air. The impact and sliding friction achieve uniform polishing with minimal material removal. It is ideal for superfine polishing of parts with special shapes.

DOUBLE-SIDED POLISHERS AND GRINDERS

The machine grinds and polishes both sides of the workpiece simultaneously using upper and lower discs that rotate in opposite directions. The planetary motion ensures a uniform, repeat-free finish, improving parallelism and flatness. This system prevents warping or bending of the workpiece during the process.

SINGLE-SIDED POLISHER AND GRINDER WITH WEIGHT PRESSURE

The Sainko single-sided polishing and grinding machine processes small batches of metals, non-metals, and precision parts, achieving high flatness and a fine finish. It allows for grinding and polishing at various levels using synthetic copper discs and specialized cloths. It is ideal for mechanical components, automotive parts, molds, and high-precision industrial components.
