The PLE-4G is designed for deburring, edge passivation and polishing of cutting tools, offering a precise, repeatable and easy-to-control process.

The system includes four workstations and four spray nozzles, each independently controllable. Pressure parameters can be configured via the touchscreen, adapting to different processes and productivity needs.

The work cycle can be divided into up to 4 stages, allowing independent adjustment of the process position, number of passes, pressure, linear speed, direction of rotation and other parameters.

The machine is easy to use: by entering the tool diameter, length and linear speed, the system performs the internal calculation to ensure a precise and stable process.

During the Jet Polishing process, the workpiece can rotate automatically while the nozzles perform vertical movements, ensuring uniform treatment over the entire surface of the tool.

The process can be divided into 4 independent stages, allowing individual configuration of projection pressure, rotation speed, number of passes and nozzle position according to the needs of each tool or application.

The system allows storing up to 100 work programs, facilitating repeatability and optimization of production processes.

Its configuration is particularly suitable for molds, dies, tooling and technical components with complex geometries, offering a high-quality surface finish on both flat and curved surfaces.
